The Tourist Information is located in the pedestrian zone and can be easily reached from all parking garages on Kassel's inner city ring; the “Wilhelmsstrasse” car park on Garde-du-Corps-Strasse is recommended. The Tourist Information can be reached directly by bike, there are parking spaces and a free e-bike charging station. The tourist information can be reached by tram via the “Rathaus” or “Wilhelmsstraße / Stadtmuseum Kassel” stops, and it is about 700 m on foot from Kassel Central Station.
