Fürstenberg jetty

Short facts

  • Höxter

Jetty of the excursion boats of the "Flotte Weser" at the Fürstenberg porcelain manufactory.

After a visit to the Fürstenberg Castle Museum, board the "Flotte Weser" and enjoy a boat trip to Höxter.

Of course, you are also very welcome on board the Weser ships with your bicycles. A boat trip can be perfectly combined with a cycle tour on the Weser cycle path. Enjoy a trip by bike and relax on the return journey with coffee and cake or a cool drink on board.

Important note: In Fürstenberg there is a walk of  approx. 20 minutes from the jetty to the porcelain manufactory.  Here you have to overcome 90 metres in altitude on a forest path, so sturdy shoes are recommended. There are benches to rest on along the way.
Alternatively, you can also be picked up by the bus at the Fürstenberg steamer landing stage and driven to the porcelain manufactory. However, the bus must not exceed a length of 15 metres!
