A quiet and illuminated caravan / camper site on the edge of the town center
The motorhome parking space with 4 camper sites was opened in March 2020 and meets the latest requirements.
In the middle of Germany, both a pleasant break on a north-south journey on the A 7 motorway and a stay of several days in the immediate vicinity of the university town of Göttingen are possible. Bicycle trips on the Leine cycle path and hikes on the surrounding hiking trails are a special experience here.

Parking spaces have a power supply system with four sockets, a supply device for fresh water and a free "coffee dispenser".
The disposal option for toilet cassettes and the option of draining gray water (shower water) is set up.
They therefore meet the modern requirements of caravan drivers.
DISTANCES
to the town center approx. 850 m, here you will find bakers, butchers, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
4 km to the Reyershausen outdoor swimming pool, which is open from May to September

A groundskeeper visits the site every day at 8:00 a.m. and collects the rent for the camper site. Of course, he is also available to answer your questions.
If you leave the site earlier or do not meet the groundskeeper, please use the envelopes in the box by the electrical column and put the rent in the mailbox.
Directions
The camper / caravan site can be reached by car from the south from Göttingen motorway exit on the A 7 via the B 3 and from the north from Nörten-Hardenberg motorway exit on the A 7 motorway via the B 3.

The mighty Plesse Castle rises above the village of Bovenden.
First mentioned in 1015. From the huge keep of the castle you have a wonderful view over the wide Leine valley, the Solling and the Harz mountains.
Furthermore, the Burgschänke Plesse invites you to visit with home-style cuisine, restaurants in the knight's hall and vaulted cellar as well as in the beer garden in the courtyard.
